So last week we went to these friends for dinner. Typical American. He plays Golf and she bakes pies and take care of the kids.
After they asked the immediate questions of where you are from, what do you do for a living, the woman was talking about the next destination they will take for summer vacation, where they were last summer. She doesn't drink Alcohol, her husband doesn't eat green vegetables, the dog is vegetarian and the kid is gluten allergic. Anyway...
Both the husband and the wife hair were so perfect, their figures were perfect, their clothes were ironed flawlessly.
The Husband start drinking, and gazed at me with the look of a hungry man. It was obvious that no matter how perfect his wife looks, nothing is happening there.
She, on the other hand, stayed focus and her hair was so perfect, it didn't move the whole evening. How does she do that? They look like this perfect perfect Barbie and Ken couple...
Towards the end of the evening I got up to help clear the table and as I walked into the house, I overheard her telling her husband: "Take your filthy hands off me, you son of a bitch. You think I didn't see how you stared at her boobs? Reconnect with the living room sofa because you are not sleeping in my bed tonight!"
I made some noise with the door not to embarrass them and walked in. She greeted me with her perfect smile and sweet voice and said: "Oh, it was so lovely to have you over. We should so it again! I am so happy you came!"
On the way home I was smiling from ear to ear and said I knew it! I knew it! No one can be that perfect! Perfect doesn't last...
