Since its release Sexy Beast has always been one of my favorite films. I loved the analysis on this film. The skillful film-making really held the the tension throughout the film. Ben Kingsley's portrayal of Don Logan was gripping. Ray Winstone and Ian McShane - Fantastic! The 7 prologue scenes for me were a virtuosity in execution laying out the exposition for the later pay-offs. I'll view this film again with new insight - Thanks!

7 scenes of prologue with minimum to no turns and charges- interesting. Looking forward to seeing how the epilogue frames and bookends the conclusion. Thanks. Terrific stuff. Appreciate the movie clips very much.

I have been catching up on your website and enjoying every minute of it. You have truly brought the screenwriting community together from all parts of our universe. I felt that the format of Sexy Beast gave me a better understanding of your points. I can see that Ben Kingsley's performance and the title, Sexy Beast would be more attractive to audiences than, Gangster 1. I was wondering what other factors made Sexy Beast so much more successful?
