Temujin: We want an interview with John Cleese

Because RMcK knows John Cleese personally, i think we would benefit if RMcK could debate the making of this story. My own first question would be this:

When Cleese was constructing this tale - from idea through premise, treatment, script drafts to casting, directing etc etc - to what extent was his creativity 'natural' as opposed to discipline a la McKee's Story?
